DIRECTOR

With over 20 years of professional experience, Liesl is the Director of ElanJay Ltd. Originally from a hospitality background, she later returned to study after having her three children, retraining in accounts and bookkeeping and building a successful career in the field.

Liesl is known for her direct, no-nonsense approach. Firm but fair, she believes in being clear, practical and focused on getting the job done. She has an impressive ability to juggle numerous things at once while still staying on top of every detail.

A natural problem solver, Liesl loves a challenge and has a particular talent for untangling complicated accounting issues. In fact, she genuinely enjoys digging into large or unusual financial puzzles and finding the solution.

Outside of work, Liesl has a passion for travel and spending time by the beach. She has also previously been involved in running a branch of the National Autistic Society, reflecting her commitment to supporting her community.

DIRECTOR

Jane is one of our Directors and has worked in accounts since 2017. Over the years she has developed strong experience across a range of financial and administrative responsibilities, bringing a calm, organised and methodical approach to everything she does. She is particularly skilled at keeping on top of schedules and deadlines, helping ensure both clients and the team stay on track.

Jane is known for her reliability, attention to detail and supportive nature. She has a natural ability to coordinate tasks and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, making her a key point of support for both colleagues and clients. Her calm presence and structured way of working mean she can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Outside of ElanJay, Jane is a dedicated tea drinker who enjoys photography, crochet and getting lost in a good book.

ACCOUNTS DATA ANALYST

Jack is a fast learner with a natural ability to work with large sets of data. He has a real talent for building formulas and working with intricate datasets. His strong pattern-recognition skills and analytical mindset make him particularly effective when handling complex information.

A Physics graduate, Jack has a passion for gaming and climbing. Around the office he’s also known as the “office feeder,” and he’s a big animal lover.

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Rita brings over nine years of accounting experience to the team. She studied AAT at City of Bristol College and previously completed a Business and Accountancy qualification before moving to the UK, giving her a strong foundation in financial work.

Outside the office, Rita enjoys gospel music and long walks. She is also a dedicated mother and well known in the office for her legendary eye-roll.

COMPLIANCE & TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Daisy is our Compliance & Training Supervisor, combining creativity with exceptional organisation. An Art graduate and trained nail technician, she has a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for keeping systems and processes running smoothly.

She loves a good list, an organised folder and making sure everything is exactly where it should be.

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Chris has worked in payroll since 2019 and is known for his excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. He takes pride in ensuring payroll

processes run smoothly and accurately, and is always willing to go the extra mile to resolve complex issues.

Outside of work, Chris has a passion for theatre and is a talented actor. He’s also a keen video game enthusiast who enjoys Dungeons & Dragons and a good horror film.
